developed a deep curiosity about people, relationships, and the experiences that shape who we become. That curiosity eventually led me to pursue psychology, but my connection to this work is more than academic. Like many people, I have experienced periods of anxiety, depression, uncertainty, and difficult life transitions that challenged the way I saw myself and the world around me.<\/p><p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"966\">Those experiences taught me that emotional struggles are not simply problems to be solved\u2014they are often opportunities for growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change. They also helped me appreciate how difficult it can be to ask for help, trust the process, and continue moving forward when life feels overwhelming.<\/p><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1237\">Today, I combine professional training with genuine empathy and curiosity.
